TailorX Pro ("we", "our", or "us") is a boutique tailoring management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using TailorX Pro, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's core features:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and boutique name when you register.
• Customer data you enter: Names, phone numbers, city, and gender of your boutique's customers.
• Order data: Order details, measurements, item descriptions, pricing, and delivery dates you create within the app.
• Photos: Per-item photos you optionally attach to orders, stored securely in the cloud.
• Device information: Basic device identifiers for app functionality and crash reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the TailorX Pro service for your boutique.
• To sync your data securely across sessions and devices.
• To generate invoices, job cards, and WhatsApp notifications on your behalf.
• To manage your subscription/license status.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database) with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security policies — each boutique can only access its own data.

Photos are stored in secure cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

TailorX Pro uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and file storage (Privacy Policy)
• Firebase (Google) — authentication and push notifications (Privacy Policy)
• Render — backend server hosting (Privacy Policy)
• WhatsApp — optional customer notification feature (messages sent via your device)

5. Your Customers' Data

As a TailorX Pro user, you are the controller of your customers' personal data entered into the app. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers to store their information. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not use your customers' data for any purpose other than providing the TailorX Pro service to you.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your TailorX Pro account is active. To request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at tailorxapp@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

TailorX Pro is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
